When I first moved into my apartment and was getting my styling groove on (which, let's be honest, has never been switched off), I found books to be one of the most versatile decorating items. Whether they're stacked on top of one another, lined up on a shelf or open on a side table, books have the ability to communicate so much about a person and space.
Though they say you should never judge a book by it's cover, I feel the opposite could be considered when styling. I like to organise my books based on colour, closely followed by size. I'm quite drawn to books with striking cover designs, whether it be a beautiful illustration, a shiny foil or an embossed pattern. In fact, I think some of the books I have bought have been based solely on their look and resulting personality.
Below are a few books, in no particular order, I have scattered around the apartment. They each have amazing covers and contain such inspirational and meaningful content. What's your favourite book?
